Account Registration and Security
- When you register an account on ValourPay, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
ValourPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter is inaccurate, false, or misleading.
Use of the Service
You agree to use ValourPay’s Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, user accounts, or systems.

- Payment Methods: You must provide accurate payment information when completing a transaction. ValourPay supports multiple payment methods, including direct bank transfers and other electronic payment options.
- Currency Exchange: If you conduct currency conversions on the platform, the exchange rate will be determined by ValourPay or a third-party service provider at the time of the transaction.
You are responsible for any additional fees imposed by your bank or payment processor concerning transactions made through our platform.
Transaction Policies
ValourPay facilitates seamless transactions, including cross-border and currency swaps. By conducting any transactions through the Service, you agree to:
- Review and confirm the details of each transaction carefully before proceeding.
- Understand that once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be reversed.
- Be responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed on the transaction by your country or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to place holds or limits on your transactions as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the software used in the Service.

ValourPay may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party resources, nor do we endorse them. If you access third-party services through our platform, you do so at your own risk, and any interactions are subject to the third party’s terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ValourPay and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of the content or services.
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Service.
Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you paid to ValourPay in connection with the use of the Service within the last 12 months.

- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any consequences that arise from it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ValourPay, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Any unlawful activity conducted through your account.
Modifications to the Service and Terms

Termination
ValourPay reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time. Upon termination:

- Any outstanding obligations, such as payment of fees or indemnities, will remain in effect.
- You must delete any accountrelated data or content you have obtained through the Service.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Entire Agreement
